1. Reservations
Reservations can be made online, by email, or by phone.
A reservation is confirmed once you have received a written confirmation from us (by email).
At the time of booking, we may require a deposit or full payment depending on the service.
2. Payment
Payments can be made by credit card, bank transfer, or other accepted methods.
Full payment must be received no later than 14 days before arrival.
If payment is not received by the due date, the reservation may be cancelled.
3. Cancellations by the Customer
Cancellations must always be made in writing (by email).
If you cancel:
More than 14 days before arrival: full refund (minus possible service fees).
7 days before arrival: 50% of the booking price will be charged.
Less than 7 days before arrival or no-show: 100% of the booking price will be charged.
4. Changes by the Customer
Changes to reservations (e.g., dates, number of guests) are subject to availability and must be agreed upon in writing.
We reserve the right to charge an administrative fee for changes.
5. Cancellations or Changes by the Company
If we must cancel your reservation due to unforeseen circumstances (force majeure, safety issues, etc.), you will receive a full refund.
We are not responsible for any additional costs (such as travel tickets).
6. Customer Responsibilities
The customer is responsible for providing correct contact details when booking.
The customer is responsible for following house rules and instructions during the stay/activity.
Any damages caused by the customer or their party must be compensated in full.
The customer is responsible for having a valid travel insurance covering cancellations, accidents, illness, and personal belongings.
7. Liability
The company is not liable for injuries, accidents, or losses that are not caused by negligence on our part.
Participation in activities is at your own risk unless otherwise stated.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by Finnish law.
Any disputes will be settled primarily through negotiation; if not resolved, they will be handled in the district court of Lapland.
